Private Pay Practice: Please be advised that we are a Private Pay Practice. 

After each session, you will receive a receipt with details of our Registration and License #.

Please check with your private insurance company to verify if you will be reimbursed for therapy services. 

Some insurance companies offer reimbursement for Therapy/Counselling services; specific services listed under your plan; amounts available for services; or allow certain titles or professional regulatory bodies available under insurance. 

It is very important that you check with your current benefits plan. 

Please be advised that this is the client(s) responsibility to check with their insurance companies prior to any sessions being booked.

We use Credit Card Payment and Point-Of-Sale services provided by Clover.

Payment options: (Visa Debit Card,  & All Major Credit Cards.

Invoice Payments are Processed within 25 hrs of Scheduled Session (Please refer to our Payments & cancellation Policy) 

E-Transfer or Cash is also accepted per case basis.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are utilizing contracted services, the client would need to contact the insurance carrier FIRST prior to booking any sessions. Your insurance carrier will forward the referral to our practice. Please ask for services under (Cindy Medeiros-Connors).

Homewood Health  and Lifeworks (formally Morneau Shepell) offer Employee and Family Assistance Programs. If your Employer offers  EFAP/EAP benefit plans, you can can have your visits direct billed to Homewood Health / Lifeworks.  

Cindy Medeiros-Connors is a contracted EFAP/EAP Mental Health Therapist for Homewood Health and Lifeworks. You will need to call your benefit carrier through your benefits plan, and you can ask for Cindy Medeiros-Connors as your designated Therapist. 

Please check with your Insurance plan coverage with Homewood Health / Lifeworks to verify coverage under your plan.

First Nations Health Consortium:  Please call First Nations Health Consortium to discuss your services options and availability. Once you call, the client can request to utilize services with Monarch Child & Family Therapy (Cindy Medeiros-Connors). Once approved, please inform us so we can ensure we receive the referral prior to booking any sessions.

Services would need to be called by the client to these carriers first prior to any services being scheduled. First Nations Health Consortium require approval with them prior to any services being approved and approval for services.
