Private Pay Practice: Please be advised that we are a Private Pay Practice. 

After each session, you will receive a receipt with details of our Registration and License #'s.

Please check with your private insurance company to verify if you will be reimbursed for therapy services. 

 

Some insurance companies offer reimbursement for Therapy/Counselling services; specific services listed under your plan; amounts available for services; or allow certain titles or professional regulatory bodies available under insurance. 

 

It is very important that you check with your current benefits plan. 

 

Please be advised that this is the client(s) responsibility to check with their insurance companies prior to any sessions being booked.

We use Clover & STRIPE for Payments

We use Credit Card Payment and Point-Of-Sale services provided by Clover and/or Stripe payment services.

Payment options: (Visa Debit Card,  & All Major Credit Cards.  E-Transfer or Cash is also accepted per case basis.

Invoice Payments are Processed within 25 hrs of the Scheduled Session

Insurance Carriers (and/or) Contracted Services (EFAP/EAP)

INSURANCE: 
Please note that: the CLINIC DOES NOT Direct Bill to insurance Carriers. 
It would be the sole responsibility of the Client to check with their Insurance carriers to ensure the services would be covered under the clients plan. 


Due to the Insurance industry having a multi-faceted insurance based system; carriers may or may not reimburse clients based on several factors.
Some being; the title or registration of the Mental Health Therapist / Counsellor / Support Services, the type of plan the client may have, the type of insurance or plan the client may have issued, what services may or may not be covered under their plan, the length of session times, and/or the plan the client has chosen within their options for mental health therapy / support services plan.


Therefore, it would be the Client(s) responsibility to ensure the coverage is accepted by their Insurance carrier (PRIOR TO) booking sessions with the Clinic. Please note that It is the Sole responsibility of the Client(s) in regards to reimbursement from their insurance carriers, and not that of the Clinics.

Contracted Services (EFAP / EAP)
Please note, at this time, we are only willing to accept current client referrals.





         Please be advised that the Clinic will not accept any new clients referrals unannounced. 

         The Clinic will only currently accept CURRENT CLIENTS of the Clinic. If you are a CURRENT CLIENT of the Clinic, please advise the Clinic PRIOR TO services being scheduled. As referrals may take up to 1-3 weeks to receive. Therefore, it would be the Client(s) responsibility to ensure that the referral is received before booking sessions. If the referral is not received, the Client will be required to pay for the session in full at our regular rates.

         Additionally, Clients will be notified by the Clinic as to HOW MANY sessions are being covered by the current referral. Please note that all referrals are not created equal, as also mentioned above, the referrals are also based on the client(s) members plan.

         Also, some EFAP/EAP plan referrals DO NOT cover all of the Clinics regular fees for service, therefore, if their is a monetary difference in sessions being provided by the carrier, the Clinic will advise the client as to what amount IS NOT BEING COVERED by the referral, AND what amount will be expected to be paid by the client as a co-pay.
This amount may range from $0-$150 in difference depending on the referral received for services, and the clients referral plan/carrier.

In order to offset the costs associated with referrals, we require the following CO-PAY when accepting a referral.
The current amounts for Co-Pay being required for Contracted Services are:

Telus Health / Lifeworks: (A Co-Pay of $130.00 per session rate is required).
Homewood Health: (Depending on Clients referral for services type: a Co-Pay will range from $0 - $70 per session rate is required).
Arcora: (A Co-Pay of $100 per session rate is required).
